The values and power of this art are not only in the techniques, but also in the development of personal, social and character skills. With today’s world offering ‘instant gratification’ and the allowance of people abdicating their accountability; we believe that the building of character is far more important to a person’s future. The building of confidence and mental strength along with being responsible for your actions and not giving in to unhealthy peer pressure is a vital ingredient to personal productivity.

The fact that everybody who trains in Jado Kuin Do wears the uniform (Gi) when taking part in training, helps to increase the teamwork and togetherness spirit. Students have a feeling of belonging.
